General Summary:

This position coordinates and oversees website design and maintenance and performs various clerical duties. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages the design, content, and maintenance of company websites and GoPioneer Fiber site.
  • Coordinates the management of Pioneer's online feedback forms and ensures customers receive quick responses.
  • Tracks ROI and Google analytical transactions when customers engage with any Pioneer online experience.
  • Tracks marketing trends and works with Coordinators to provide the customer with a three click purchase method and makes changes as necessary.
  • Assists the activation group and customer through all steps of online customer purchases.
  • Is the administrator for the copiers/printers in the Marketing department; is the liaison between Marketing and copier company representatives.
  • Assists with Intranet and PayONline administration.
  • Creates and distributes cellular point-of-purchase information.
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the division and other departments.
  • Commits to performing job duties in a manner that ensures a safe work environment.
  • Willingly and cooperatively performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must maintain a good driving record and a valid driver license.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of website design and layout.
  • Working knowledge of marketing practices and principles and general office procedures.
  • Knowledge of company products/services, policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in operating a personal computer and software applications pertaining to job function.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • Skill in prioritizing, completing multiple projects, identifying problems and finding resolutions.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, perform under stress and achieve optimum results.
  • Ability to effectively function as a team player and to project a positive attitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret various formats of English language instruction.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with company policy.
  • Ability to demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
  • Able to work extended hours on evenings and weekends.
  • Able and willing to continue business skill development.

Physical Requirements:

  • Visual acuity sufficient to make artistic judgments about layout and design.
  • Manual dexterity to operate computer or make manual sketches and drawings as required.
  • Sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity including close vision.
  • Occasionally may be required to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • May be required occasionally to stoop, kneel or bend.
  • Ability to drive.
